Purpose of the group: Te Kahui Taiao o Waipiro looks after te taiao and foreshore seabed areas. We are educating and building the capability of our young people around meeting climate change challenges impacting our community. We sit under Ahuwhenua Trust Te kura o Waipiro.
About the group: We are involved in a national B3 ( better border biosecurity) project which includes building the capability of our whānau in these spaces and helping national border biosecurity programs work better with MāorI.
