Purpose of group: To care for the fragile sandcliff areas western side of the Omaha Beach sandspit.
About the group: Following an invasion of rabbits which killed most of the Muehlenbeckia along the sandcliffs around 2003 the group have planted various species to revegetate the area. Planted species have included spinifex and pingao along the base and Muehlenbeckia, flax, rushes and native iceplant on the bank.
